Shri Rajesh P. Khandwala son of Late Shri Parmanand G. Khandwala, managing director of the company, holds the Bachelors Degree in Commerce and has an experience of more than two decades in capital market activities. He has rich and varied experience in the field of Primary market, Secondary market and Mutual Funds. He is an independent thinker and a measured risk taker with a passion for equities. With his expertise in the field of derivatives, arbitrage and margin trading activities, Shri Rajesh P. Khandwala is taking up the Company to the new heights, growth and success.

Shri Vimal P. Khandwala – Executive Chairman:
Shri Vimal P. Khandwala son of Late Shri Parmanand G. Khandwala, executive director, is a Commerce Graduate with an experience of more than 20 years in Capital Market activities. He has rich experience in Primary Market, Secondary Market, Dealing with Institutional and Non‐institutional Clients, HNIs, Derivatives and Arbitrage Operations, and Financial Management.

Smt Sonal R. Khandwala – Non Executive Woman Director:
Smt Sonal R. Khandwala is a Commerce Graduate having experience of more than 15 years in the field of Stock Broking, securities trading and other allied capital market related services as well as general administration. She is a measured risk taker with a clear vision and foresightedness and engaged in the development and growth of business of the Company.

Shri Dharmendra Soni – Independent Director:
Shri Dharmendra N. Soni is commerce graduate and involved in the securities market for more than a decade. With his expertise in the field, he has significantly contributed in the development of the business of the company.

Shri Devang M. Shah – Independent Director:
Shri Devang M. Shah holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce and has been actively working in the Primary as well as secondary market activities. With his vast knowledge in the field of financing activities he is keenly engaged in the growth and development of the Company.

Shri Sharvil Suthar – Independent Director:
Shri Sharvil Suthar is a graduate and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with 4 years standing in the profession. Shri Suthar has wide experience in the field of company law and pleading, drafting and appearance in the matter of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), conducting board and committee meetings of listed companies.

Shri Bhavik J. Shah – Chief Financial Officer:
Shri Bhavik J. Shah, qualified as Bachelor in Commerce, ICAI Inter and ICWAI Inter pass, holds position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Shri Shah joined the group in September 2010 and is providing services as CFO of the Company since May 2014.

Shri Durgesh D. Soni – Company Secretary and Compliance Officer:
Shri Durgesh D. Soni is a Qualified Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds qualification of Masters in Commerce and Bachelors in Law from Gujarat University. Shri Soni has joined the group and is heading the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer since May 2016.
